Shenton Red-Hot, AC Player of the Week Monday, August 17th, 2020 Austin Shenton burst onto the American Conference stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie left fielder for Modesto garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 22-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .545 (12-for-22) with 1 home run and 9 RBIs last week. In this current campaign Shenton is hitting at a .296 clip with 10 home runs and 41 RBIs. |
