3-Homer Hat Trick for Skole Monday, June 15th, 2020 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Joker Marchant Stadium buzzing, Lakeland Flying Tigers third baseman Matt Skole blasted a trio of home runs en route to a 19-6 win over the Fort Myers Miracle. "Everything was clicking," Skole told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Skole shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 6 RBIs and 5 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Flying Tigers manager said. "Matt played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." Matt Skole grounded out in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Hayden Deal in the 4th, walked in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Jason Bilous in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Austin Schulfer in the 8th.
