Alonso drives in 3 runs to Power Nationals Offense
Behind a fine performance from Yonder Alonso, the Washington Nationals knocked off the Cincinnati Reds, 12-5. Alonso went 2 for 2 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Nationals. Michael Wacha earned the win for Washington. He lasted 6 innings, allowing 5 runs on 11 hits, while striking out 5.
