His teammates, fans and peers all agree that Tyrone Taylor is worthy of the 2024 National Conference Most Valuable Player Award. Today, the voters made it official.
The Daytona left fielder was a bonafide success as he racked up a .363 average, 178 hits, 61 doubles, 10 triples, 35 home runs, 138 RBIs, 105 runs, 60 walks and a .448 OBP.
He received 30 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Bobby Seymour of the St. Lucie Mets finished second in voting, while Yohandy Morales of the Daytona Tortugas finished third.
