AC Star of the Week Announced Monday, May 14th, 2018 21-year-old Jomar Reyes made a few Erie headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and American Conference officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 12 hits in 26 at-bats to put up a .462 average. Reyes collected 3 home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 8 runs. This season Reyes is swinging the bat at a .370 pace.
