Peguero Smacks 5 Hits for Travelers Thursday, July 27th , 2023 It was a big day for Liover Peguero and he brought the Arkansas Travelers along for the ride. Peguero led his club to a 16-1 victory over the Midland RockHounds today at Security Bank Ballpark, smoking Midland pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The 22-year-old shortstop later called the victory "sweet." Liover Peguero singled in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, doubled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, singled in the 8th and doubled in the 9th. Peguero is currently batting .270 with 4 home runs and 37 RBIs. |
