Lamet 'Lights Out' in Arizona Win
|
Arizona Diamondbacks starter Dinelson Lamet was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Washington Nationals, 2-0. Arizona is in 4th place in the National League West Division with a record of 16-21.
Lamet was in the zone all game. He frustrated Washington hitters while giving the Diamondbacks 7 innings of quality work. Lamet threw 95 pitches, allowing 4 hits and getting 10 punchouts.
"Throwing strikes was the main thing," Lamet said.
