Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Portland Thursday, August 20th, 2020 After a tough year, the Portland Sea Dogs have been the butt of jokes around many water coolers in the Portland area. There will be some new fodder for jaded fans to discuss now -- the club was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. This is the 3rd time in a row that the Sea Dogs have missed the playoffs.They have yet to make the playoffs in their history. |
