Perez Spectacular in 5-0 Win Saturday, July 11th, 2020 Hector Perez of the Erie SeaWolves humiliated the Trenton Thunder at Jerry Uht Park today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 1 hit. "He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Trenton manager , after the game. Perez whiffed 10 and walked 1 in the 5-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Perez said. "I was making good pitches the entire game." So far this season, Perez has logged a 7-5 record with a 4.09 ERA. He has started 17 games, hurled 92.1 innings and registered 99 strikeouts and 35 walks. |
