Season Done for Skubal Saturday, July 11th, 2020 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Tulsa's Tarik Skubal to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 07/09/2020 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Skubal said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Skubal has been out of action since he suffered shoulder inflammation. Currently Skubal has a 10-2 won-lost record in 17 starts with a 2.97 ERA. He also has 137 strikeouts in 109 innings. |
