AC Player of the Week Awarded Monday, June 1st, 2020 So far in his young career, Pedro Castellanos has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the American Conference in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Arkansas Travelers first baseman hit at a torrid .458 clip as he collected 11 hits in 24 at-bats, 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Currently Castellanos is batting .318 with 9 home runs and 29 RBIs. |
