He may only be 25, but Adam Scott of the Frisco RoughRiders has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the American Conference.
The reliever was today named the AC Reliever of the Year winner for 2020.
He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 1 save in 38 relief appearances and 98 strikeouts in 76.2 innings. He had a record of 7-0 to go with his 1.53 ERA.
He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 30. Jason Foley of the Portland Sea Dogs finished second in voting with 6 first place votes, while Ryan Hendrix of the Erie SeaWolves finished third with 1 first place vote.
