Season Ends for Magill Monday, August 24th, 2020 Obviously disappointed, Matt Magill confirmed today that his season is officially over. The New Orleans reliever offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 30-year-old Magill suffered a torn labrum on 08/23/2020 and has been out of action since. Magill has gone to the hill for 8 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 0-0 record with a 0.56 ERA. The New Orleans reliever has limited opposing batters to a .164 batting average. |
