5-Hit Blitz by Nashville's Guzman Friday, August 21st, 2020 Ronald Guzman had an answer for everything the Buffalo Bisons threw at him today at First Tennessee Park. The Nashville first baseman went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and put the Sounds on top, 33-5. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Guzman said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Ronald Guzman walked in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Sam Delaplane in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and walked in the 8th. This season Guzman is hitting at a .282 pace with 8 home runs, 37 RBIs and has scored 29 times. |
