AC's #1 Player, Heredia of Durham Monday, August 10th, 2020 At the age of 29, Guillermo Heredia might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Durham center fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .593 batting average. For his efforts Heredia collected the American Conference Player of the Week Award. He racked up 16 hits in 27 at-bats, 1 home run and 7 RBIs last week in 6 games. So far this year in 102 games Heredia is hitting .292 with 6 home runs, 41 RBIs and 73 runs scored. |
