Longo Punishes PC Pitchers This Week Monday, July 20th, 2020 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the National Conference, but last week Mitch Longo of the Louisville Bats reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Longo rocked opposing pitching for a .400 average (10-for-25), 1 home run and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. Looking at his season stats, Longo has compiled a .280 batting average and a .334 on-base percentage, while hitting 6 home runs and driving in 33 runs. |
