American Conference Winner is Gerber Monday, July 20th, 2020 At the age of 28, Mike Gerber might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Columbus left fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .467 batting average. For his efforts Gerber collected the American Conference Player of the Week Award. He racked up 14 hits in 30 at-bats, 2 home runs and 4 RBIs last week in 6 games. Gerber is currently hitting at a .262 pace with 15 home runs and 58 RBIs. |
