Chihuahuas Listless in 10-0 Loss to Stripers Wednesday, June 17th, 2020 Kyle Freeland of the Gwinnett Stripers humiliated the El Paso Chihuahuas at Coolray Field today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 5 hits. "He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said El Paso manager , after the game. Freeland whiffed 10 and walked 0 in the 10-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Freeland said. "I was making good pitches the entire game." Freeland has made 13 starts this season, posting 4 wins and 3 losses. Opposing clubs are batting .244 against him and he has 75 strikeouts in 83.1 innings with a 2.92 ERA. |
