Solak and Gsellman Brawl, League Suspends Them
Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020
Nick Solak of the Nashville Sounds and Robert Gsellman of the Salt Lake Bees will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 3 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Sounds-Bees game at First Tennessee Park.

Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Solak and Gsellman will begin serving them soon.

This year Solak has socked 54 hits in 198 at-bats for a .273 average with 5 home runs. He is getting on base at a .344 pace and his totals also include 27 RBIs and 28 runs scored.

To date he has nailed down 4 saves for his club. In 18 relief appearances, Gsellman has 26 strikeouts in 17.2 innings with a 3.57 ERA and a 3-1 mark.
