Pivetta Whips San Diego, 3-0 Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020 Nick Pivetta was impressive at Petco Park today in the Minnesota Twins' 3-0 shutout victory over the San Diego Padres. The Minnesota pitcher mystified the Padres in a strong performance, giving up 4 hits and totaling 1 walk and 5 strikeouts. "Nick had them chasing a lot of pitches and talking to themselves," Minnesota manager Al Wehr. "It was something special to watch."
