Hampson Delivers Clutch At-Bat for New York in Walk-Off Win
New York turned a good effort from starter Trevor Richards into a win over the Boston Red Sox at Yankee Stadium. The final score was 2-1. With the win, New York raised its record to 25-14.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when New York shortstop Garrett Hampson, facing Kyle Keller, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Yankees the 2-1 win.

"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Richards said.
