The Boston Red Sox topped the New York Yankees, 8-6, with second baseman Zach McKinstry playing a big role. McKinstry went 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Red Sox in the win. Edwin Diaz was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 19 of 21 save opportunities.
